We have more than 40 years experience as
a professional watch repair business. (About Us) Recently we moved to a new modern air conditioned workshop in
a different area of Neath. We have a well equiped workshop and
employ traditional
and modern watch repair
techniques when repairing watches. We repair mechanical
and
quartz wrist watches and old pocket watches as well as the chronograph
watch. The Swiss watch is repaired more than any other, but we
also accept European, Japanese and American watches for
repair. We
can supply and fit a watch battery to men's and ladies watches and
we repair gold watch cases and bracelets whenever
possible. The
following are
some of the watches we are regularly asked to do. Accurist,
Avia, Bulova, Certina, Citizen, Everite, Gucci, Hamilton,
Longines, Movado, Omega,
Oris, Tissot, Raymond Weil,
Rotary, Rolex, Tag Heuer. Please ask us if you don't see your watch
here, as we repair most other watch brands. We've built up a good reputation over many years by offering a watch repair service which is reliable and professional. We also understand the importance of honesty and trust in building good customer relationships and we always treat people with the respect that we would expect for ourselves. Your watch is insured whilst in our workshop by a company called T.H.March Ltd. These are a well respected insurance company in the watch and jewellery industry. All of our work is guaranteed and we return your watch repair by Special Delivery with the Post Office. This provides insurance up to a maximum value of £2,500 if required. You may find it convenient to send your watch repair in a Special Delivery envelope. These are available free of charge at your local Post Office and delivery is usually guaranteed by the next working day.
